Props - Using Walls

Yoga Walls
are great for support and they help you maintain balance
and alignment.
A wall is particularly helpful
when doing postures such as Utthita Trikonasana (extended
triangle pose) since in this posture it is essential that
you keep the back of your head aligned to your spine, and
keep your shoulder blades in line with each other.
You can customise a wall with
supports which allow you to hang from the wall with
ropes attached to hooks.
